Return Period

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
• All tags and labels must be attached
• Items must not be damaged or altered

How to Return

1. Contact us at almohascloset@gmail.com to initiate a return
2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
3. Package the item securely and send it back to us
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Please contact us for exchange options.
