How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Express delivery (1-2 business days) is available for an additional fee.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within Kenya only. We're working on expanding our delivery areas.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order in your account.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How do I return an item?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa, PayPal, Pesapal, Visa/Mastercard, and Cash on Delivery.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payments are processed through secure, encrypted connections. We do not store your payment card details.

How do I know what size to order?
Please refer to our Sizing Guide for detailed measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we operate online only. You can shop from the comfort of your home and have items delivered to you.
